Move unnamed_51 to your patch kitserver13 dt07.img:
Example for pesedit move unnamed_51 to C:\....\Pro Evolution Soccer 2013\kitserver13\pesedit\img\dt07.img
IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER "_51" FILE IN THAT dt07.img, DELETE IT.
