Arsenal right back Héctor Bellerín is the fastest player in PES 2016 with a speed rating of 97 (up by 18 points from PES 2015). Only 20 years of age, Bellerín should quite easily reach the maximum of 99 speed in Master League.
Arjen Robben and Cristiano Ronaldo, joint 2nd highest-rated players in PES 2016 are also present in the list of the 10 fastest players in the game, rated 96 and 93, respectively.
Cedrick of Osasuna and Feghouli of Valencia enter the list this year as well, while the likes of Gareth Bale (97 - 92) and (94 - 92) miss out after receiving lower speed ratings this year.
